My top three reasons... why three?

All over the internet I happen to read posts that enumerate the ways or the reasons to do or to know about something. Eventually I found an interesting post by Malcom McIver Ten reasons we are seeing an excess of lists of ten things we should know .
Since my lucky number is three (I happen to be born on the third day of the third month of the year) on my blog you're going to find lists of three things... "my top three reasons to" or the "top three things you have to know about". Three is going to be the way I'll write about my points of view.

Life in the fast lane

Last week I decided to begin running on regular basis, I found a great site on running Running to the People , downloaded their Training plan for  beginners, got a pair of running shoes and begun. Simply as that.
"Life in fast lane" is meant to be a track of my actual training sessions so it'll be edited any time I'm doing one.
It's a growing post; at least until I reach the goal of  one full running session as suggested by the training plan, then I will begin another post.

1. Friday 24th June
Time: 7.50 pm to 8.20 pm (30 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny (sun was setting), light wind.
Training: freely mixed walking and running.
Comments: good sensations, wondering what has kept me from running so far.

2. Tuesday 28th June
Time: 7.10 pm to 7.45 pm (35 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny, medium wind. Training: freely mixed walking and running. This time I measured with a chronometer the total amount of time of actual running : 11 min. 37 sec. and 09 cent.
Comments: good sensations either. Next time I need a light hat.

3. Thursday 30th June
Time: 7.35 pm to 8.10 pm (35 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny, medium wind. Training: freely mixed walking and running. Total amount of time of actual running : 15 min. 19 sec. and 05 cent.
Comments: I've almost reached the goal of running more than walking and so being able to try the further step of the training, but I don't want to fret. Running is really a surprise.

4. Tuesday 5th July
Time: 7.30 pm to 8.06 pm (35 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny, medium wind. Training: freely mixed walking and running. Total amount of time of actual running : 13 min. 40 sec. and 22 cent.
Comments: it has been a very hot and damp day and I felt fatigued, more than thre previous times. But again there's no point in fretting to begin the actual step three of the training. For step three I nedd to run 20 mins in 35 of mixed running and walking.

5. Wednesday 6th July
Time: 8.02 pm to 8.35 pm (30 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny, medium wind. Training: freely mixed walking and running. Total amount of time of actual running : 12 min. 56 sec. and 04 cent.
Comments: good choice running after the sun set.

6. Monday 18th July
Time: 7.45 pm to 8.15 pm (30 min.)
Field: outdoor unpaved trail  - circle track 300 mt. long
Weather: sunny, medium wind. Training: freely mixed walking and running. Total amount of time of actual running : 17 min. 05 sec. and 35 cent.
Comments: it's good to be able to run again after more than a week stop. I've added humming a tone while running and this helps me keeping a regular pace.

So that's how it really is

I've done it at last: I signed up in Blogger and begun my own blog.
Guess this isn't a great post... bu it's my first and I couldn't wait to see how it looked like.
The only decision I've made up so far is to write this blog mainly in English: partly because most people on the web understand English, partly because I want exercise my skills in written English.
Some of the posts might be in italian though as it is my mother language.
That's all by now.
